Life once filled me with an unmeasurable amount of darkness. But I worked hard to find the sunshine. Now I have so much sunshine I have some to share. Take a look around, and don't forget to take some of this sunshine. I have more than enough to share.

It takes a village
It takes a village, but I never had one. And it almost cost me my life. Almost a decade ago, I nearly lost my life to suicide. I was born into a family system that was set on breaking me and silencing my voice. And they achieved that goal. Multiple times over. But only temporarily. Because I used boundaries to find my voice. And I haven't stopped using it since.
Why, no?
No is the most powerful boundary setting tool you will ever use. People will treat your no as a swear word, use it anyway. I'll use it, too. We'll use it together.
What is My Village Has No Elders?
I have a mother, but I was never mothered. So, my village has no elders. The most important elder. The one who risked her life to give me mine but never bothered to mother me. So I had to learn to survive without her. And I did. You can find the articles on how did it below.
