                                               Why Join My Village Has No Elders?

I believe that it takes a village to raise a child. And as we move through the different seasons of our lives, there are going to be many instances where we need to lean on and rely on those people in our village.

The most important villager in my opinion is the Elders. And after finding myself without an elder, I thought about how many other people may be facing this same challenge.

Trying to navigate some of the toughest things we can face is life without someone we can look to for advice and guidance can not only be hard but in my case heavily contributed to my mental health decline.

I wanted to create a safe space full of wisdom, compassion, and mental health support for those who may be like me. Depression support an overall wellness is key to having good mental health.
