And that message has done far to much damage.

Mental health is so often neglected, and it's important to have an outlet to unload our stresses. I want to build a safe community of love, and support for anyone who needs it. Talking about mental health brings awareness. And mental health awareness is suicide prevention awareness. Depression is treatable. You can get better and stay better.
